- “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to Premier Executive Travel.
- “Customer,” “client,” “you,” “your” refers to the individual or organisation making a booking or using our services.
- “Services” refers to chauffeur-driven transport, private hire, event transport, airport transfers, corporate travel, and any related services provided by us.
2. Booking and Payments
- A booking is confirmed only once we have received all required details and issued written confirmation.
- Payment terms will be specified in your confirmation invoice. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation.
- Prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to changes due to fuel adjustments, government taxes, or supplier costs.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, route changes, tolls, and late-night services.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much notice is provided.
- Refunds, when applicable, will follow the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
Company Cancellations:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, safety concerns, severe weather).
- In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
Non-Refundable Items:
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused portions of a booking, or early departures from the scheduled service.
4. Service Requirements & Driver Instructions
- Customers must provide accurate journey details including pick-up location, time, passenger numbers, and any special requirements.
- Chauffeurs must not be pressured to exceed legal driving limits, speed limits, or safety protocols.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service if passenger behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or violates local laws.
5. Passenger Conduct and Responsibility
By using our services, you agree to:
- Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect.
- Avoid causing damage, mess, or disruption.
- Comply with local laws, including seatbelt requirements.
- Accept financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your party.
Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
6. Delays and Waiting Time
- Waiting time charges may apply if passengers do not arrive within the agreed time frame.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are advised to schedule pick-up times with adequate buffers for airport check-ins, events, or appointments.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Premier Executive Travel acts as a provider of licensed chauffeur services and may work with affiliated professional drivers.
We are not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties.
- Personal belongings left in vehicles.
- Events beyond our control such as traffic disruptions, weather, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the booking in question.
8. Vehicle Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with another of equal or greater capacity or quality if the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational or mechanical issues.
9. Privacy Policy
By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of Premier Executive Travel.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written consent.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, accidents, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
